MASS MARKET/DISCOUNT

We continuously monitor the Mass Market channel with fortnightly visits to 1,800 points of sale and quarterly visits to 300 discount stores. We provide precise data on presence, pricing, space, and assortment, enabling both Industry and Distribution to make timely decisions. At the desired frequency and within the defined scope of interest, we operate directly in stores to ensure optimal assortment management.


HO.RE.CA.

We collect and analyze data on the presence and coding of corporate assets, products, and communication materials, as well as pricing and visibility. We conduct interviews and behavioral observations (Mystery Shopping) with both customers and staff. Within the Acting module, we handle product presentation, order-taking to expand distribution, the creation of Brand Ambassador networks, and the activation of promotional events and evenings.


PHARMACY

We audit shelf presence and pricing, the correct execution of agreed promotional activities, and the compliance of canvasses for pharmaceutical companies and networks, as well as the verification of advertising messages. We enhance product visibility through display reorganization, the setup of floor and counter displays, and the improvement of storefronts and windows. We manage product presentation, appointment scheduling with agents for follow-up actions, and the ongoing management of display spaces.


OTHER CHANNELS

We operate across all distribution channels, tailoring services to our clients’ requirements:

  • Tobacconists: Product inventory, Brand visibility management, product presentation and order collection.
  • Textile: Inventory of items in the sales area, Management of returns from past and new collections.
  • Banking: Verification of communication tools in branches, compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Technology: Brand Ambassador network, sales staff training, shelf management and placement of materials.
  • Specialized Channels: We provide customized solutions for every sector, responding precisely to client needs in channels such as DIY, Hardware, Baby Specialists, Stationery, and others..
